When one sucks on a popsicle in a very suggestive manner.
Can also be used if the popsicle is in the shape or form of a penis.

Bill retrieved a Popsicle from the freezer, eagerly sucking on it with all of his might, trying his hardest to get all the flavor out of it. Thus doing so, his head bobbed up and down on the Popsicle,
Edith walked in as Bill was eating this Popsicle, and exclaimed, "Bill! You Rapesicle!"
Bill immediately stopped, threw the Popsicle away, and sprinted out the door.
