A "playwright" is when the head coach of your favorite football team pulls a play straight off of Madden, and it actually goes right.

"Damn, I wish Kevin Patullo had considered pulling a playwright, maybe the Eagles would've been back in the Superbowl."

The real noun for "team-player", which sounds to me more like an adjective.

We are looking for an individual whose main skills are creativity and team-playerence, someone who will help us take our project from zero to hero.
