Pappou

The Greek word for Grandpa (Παππούς). Pappou is the sweetest man you'll ever meet and everyone knows him. He's the unofficial mayor of whatever town he lives in. If you walk with him in the street, you'll get stopped by everyone who remembers you from your christening. Pappou's obsessed with gardening, his grandchildren, eating, and downing bottles of Greek moonshine. All in all, Pappou is a KING!

Grandson: My life is a mess! I'm so stressed out about school, work, and girls!! Why me!!!???
Pappou: When I was 17, I came to the US after serving in the army to send money back home, grew up on a farm sleeping with goats, rode a donkey to school until the 2nd grade when it was time to work in the field, jumped off the boat with $6 in my pocket, and worked 18-hour days to build a family here.
