In reality Makka Pakka is the USSR's highest ranked Red Guard infantryman. After WW2 he worked in most Warsaw Pact nations aquiring skills for infiltration. Then after the 'Collapse' of the Soviet Union he was sent to the Night Garden to make it the Red Garden and to sabotage fascist rebellions by the Ninky Nonk. His bike thing is also known as the "Bike of the People".
