Puerto Rico

A warm Caribbean island. It's owned by the United States (as a territory) but has plenty of Spanish influence. I practiced my Spanish there and to my surprise, up in the mountains of the interior, they didn't speak much English. They run on "Latin Time" too.
Many tourists coming to Puerto Rico just stay in San Juan-they don't explore the west, east, central, and southern parts of the island-something I recommend doing.

Puerto Rico Tip Off

A back alley circumcision. Alternately a pre-season NCAA basketball tournament.
My family didn't have insurance when I was born so I got a Puerto Rico tip off which became infected.

Puerto Rico Water Pouch

When a Hispanic man dips his scrotum into hot water, then wrings out the water from his pubic hair onto the chest/face of a (preferably consentual) sexual partner.
Joe gave Timmy a Puerto Rico Water Pouch during a rough session last week.

Annexation of Puerto Rico

A glorious football play popularized in the movie "Little Giants." Its is pretty much a center sneak. The QB hikes the ball, and pretends to run the play while the center, who actually has the ball, runs toward the end zone. This play won the game for the Little Giants in their final game against the Cowboys. Will go down in fottball history and lore.
Kid 1: "What are we gonna do, we can't beat the Cowboys!"
Kid 2: "We are gonna run the Annexation of Puerto Rico and win the game"

Little Puerto Rico

A place or city with a high concentration of Puerto Ricans. The most common City to be known as Little Puerto Rico is Kissimmee, Florida; located just south of Orlando. The area can be characterized as having a substantial amount of Puerto Rican-type restaurants known as "cuchifritos." Anywhere you may go within Kissimmee or Little Puerto Rico, the Latin culture will mostly dominate and the American culture will be slightly silenced. Even though the culture of Little Puerto Rico is not as dominant as the culture of Little Havana in Miami, the area will make itself known through various means such as loud Reggaeton music, "cuchifritos", many Latin supermarkets, Puerto Rican delicacies sold at pretty much any grocery store, and the 90% chance you'll run into a Puerto Rican at every place you go. Contrary to popular belief, the City of Kissimmee is not that ghetto nor a slum.
"So, you're leaving Little Havana to move to Little Puerto Rico?"
"You're moving to Kissimmee? Isn't that Little Puerto Rico?"
"Ah Kissimmee...yeah, yeah, Little Puerto Rico."
"Miami is Florida's Little Havana and Kissimmee is Florida's Little Puerto Rico."

She/he/div. went Puerto Rico on me

When someone goes Puerto Rico on someone or when someone goes to Puerto Rico during sex, it means that she/he/div. licked the other person's genitals-more specifically the other's person asshole, because the person goes singing "ay ay ay (Puerto Rico)" from the excitement.
-So, how did it go last night?

Ah Puerto Rico...uh ohhhhhh!

A few guys get together. They start drinking some kind of alcohol in small glasses (preferably hard alcohol). They throw on a cheesy DVD and don't really watch it but talk through it. If they see something good in the dvd, one or all of them yell out, "Ah Puerto Rico...uh ohhhhhh!!" and then drink.
Hey Steve... tell Mark that tonight we will have a "Ah Puerto Rico...uh ohhhhhh!!"
