Instead of completely fabulous its completely fucked . Whether it be person,place ,or situation ...it is completely FUBAR with no hopes of improvement. Usually caused by a merb ,merbsicorn ,fuckjoy, or merbburgler . It can also be cause by other varieties of low lives as well.

Oh. ..that fucker just dropped a duece and plugged the toilet and flushed anyways. Now his shit is all over the bathroom floor... Simply merbtastic...
