Lower-Intergovernmental Moratorium Agency (LIGMA)

Lower-Intergovernmental Moratorium Agency was established on February 10th, 2022, as an organisation responsible for postponing people's faults in the field of modern Internet: any bad thing that was said on Twitter, any opinion that is slightly controversial on any social media platform, any demonetized video on Youtube can be morally forgiven and reinforced with rhetorical support of us, LIGM Agency. Also this structure implies the existence of yet again one more LIGMA abbreviation, which you can use in case you are asked or just for fun. Right now, the agency consists of 'two and a half' people and is relatively unknown. LIGMA understands that reviving a dead meme might not be so funny, yet it still has its own style and feel. Also there is HIGMA (H stands for Higher), but we can't obtain much information about it.

Moray

Moraying something is always a negative and is something to be avoided. To Moray something is to mess something up, make a terrible decision, shoot yourself in the foot, cause yourself a large amount of undue stress/drama, or something of that nature. It is often something that could have been easily avoided with a little thought, common sense or forward thinking.

John: Did you hear what Tom did to his mums car?

Jane: No, what happened?

John: He decided to drive his mums car really fast while drunk AND high on weed and coke. He crashed it and ended up rolling the car over.

Jane: OMG, what!? What a moray!

John: I know, he morayed the shit out of it!

Moraya

A very energetic, bouncy, cute, and talkative girl. If you are lucky enough to catch a Moraya you would be wise to never let it out of your sight due to its innate ability to get into mischief. A Moraya can oftentimes be made out as rebellious, but on the inside, where no mere human can see, lies an intellectual loyal companion. Positive features include: cute smiles, an interest in school, an eagerness to help, and most importantly a deep, emotional love for her friends and family. Negative features include: occasional attitude, judgemental behavior, sharp chin, and her eyes are most likely often glued to her phone screen. Butt overall, a Moraya is a pretty cool thing to find.

Sally: ughhhh!!! I have so much stuff to do!!

Bob: hey I bet you could go get a Moraya to help!

Sally: Bro, that's a great idea! But what if she gives me attitude??
