A person who comes up with creative excuses and elaborate reasons for saying no. They turn rejection into an art, a 'no artist'. Often the excuses are so original, quirky, or funny that those rejected don't feel hurt.

Claiming that she was late because her bunny rabbit caught on fire, gave Sue a reputation as a bit of a MichelangeNo.

Not believing Bill's excuse, the boss accused him of being a regular MichelangeNo.

Michelangelo Complex 

A complex where the creator of any representation of something else (Statue, drawing, etc.) believes one of their specific creations, or all of them, are so realistic that it must fulfill the role of the object it is representing. This is in reference to Michelangelo's famous episode where he carvead a statue so similar to a real person he god mad when it didn't answer him, he punched it and broke part of its knee.

That idiot got Michelangelo Complex after writing that Urban Dictionary defenition, and really expected it would become widely adopted piece of slang

A woman’s desire to be captured in males’ imaginations as a perfect object of beauty, whether physical, emotional, or intellectual.

Neurotic adherence to it leaves women unable to process categorical statements, especially regarding female nature.

When a woman says that it’s not women’s fault that they don’t initiate conversations or dates because “modern men” aren’t attractive enough, she is displaying Michaelangeloism.
