When someone does something that would be gay in the Western world, but is not considered gay in the Arab world, it's just gayrab. Combo gay and Arab.

The persona started as a small joke and ended up becoming a cross forum epidemic moving from forum to forum and people started to wonder if there really was a gay man named matt. The truth is the person who built this persona is indeed named matt but is not gay.
