2. Can be used as an exclamation of disappointment.

"I hope you know how much your physical well-being is worth to you, cause I'm gonna kick your ass hardcore!"

something that, whilst in thought process, makes perfect sense to the person about to say it, but when spoken is recieved by those listening with a blank stare or possibly questions or comments referencing one's sanity. the correct verb form to use is "spittin' fizzits"

Man, after we smoked that blunt, bob tried to tell us about his fucked up day at work but wound up spittin' fizzits.

verb: to throw a frisbee (or any object) at an unsuspecting bystander as hard as possible while screaming "Hot Frizz!" to give warning hoping they have the reflexes to catch the object
noun: something that came out of nowhere
