A position for attorneys that is not as good as being a BigLaw Associate or a federal court clerk, but is infinitely better and more interesting than working in insurance defense. Pays better, too.

docuflotsam

A nonsensical documentary overflowing with conspiratorial theories rather then on established fact. They tend to be fearmongering films created for shock value.

I felt like Alex from Clockwork Orange, forced to watch repugnant images, repulsive people rant, etc... without being able to look away from the screen when our politics teacher screened that political agenda based documentary. That horrid docuflotsam was merely a campaign commercial for the former governor of Alaska.

Docufictionary

A work masquerading as a documentary that contains material of suspicious origin, of dubious ligitimacy, or where material is so severly edited as to present "facts" without substance that taken together present a false impression of reality.A false documentary whose purpose is to change the audiences point of view without regard for fairly presented facts.

Michael Moore's Farenheit 9-11 is a clear example of a docufictionary.
