The act of explaining something, esp. certain experiences and/or particular issues to a person or group of people who are more experienced or knowledgeable of said issues, (usually in a condescending, patronizing and disrespectful manner) from the perspective of one who lacks the experience and/or expertise of said issues! Dissplaining is usually done by someone with advantages, power or privilege to someone without advantages, power or privilege. This term is similar to "Mansplaining", "Femsplaining", "Whitesplaining", "Churchsplaining", etc.

Dexter sees Stella park her vehicle in a handicap zone and decided to take it upon himself to chastise her for it. Galled at his afront, Stella tries to tell him that her disability is medically related, but Dexter shoots her down immediately, Dissplaining to her that he sees no "evidence" to prove her disability, despite her license plate obviously indicating that she is!
