A type of mental disorder that often involves self-destructive impulses, suicidal thoughts, and lack of interest and the will to live that is, in contrast to normal depression, chronic and can very negatively affect the health of someone with such disorder.

Though it is not an actual category of depression recognized by medical institutions and experts, the phrase "I have crippling depression" has been popularized through a short video clip by the meme machine that has recently polluted the Internet community with vulgar trends (along with several other figures, who will be not mentioned due to the irrelevance to this topic), commonly known as idubbbz.

A strange phrase heard in the song Shapeshift by Horse The Band, an awesome metal group. In the song, the protagonist is asked by his girlfriend to "sing the cripple song" with her, which scares him off. Therefore, Cripple Song probably refers to marriage, sex,or a long term relationship, which the protagonist wants no part of. So he leaves her. In this sense, singing the cripple song, in real life, can refer to any task which one would rather avoid, such as working, paying bills, or visiting in-laws.

Crippling Diahreah is like a case of thescreaming mimis usually brought about by drinking too much the night before. It is a colon clensing so fierce that you are doubled over and grabbing on to the cripple bars in the restroom for dear life and so that you wont come flying off the can mid exodus.

The lightweight in the stall next to me had the most rank case of crippling diareah I have ever smelt or heard in a long time.
