Specifically, his FIRST escort of the night, if they've been bouncing in and out of his circle for a dance, a drink or something else. If, on the other hand, the guys have only been chatting and laughing it up over a Scotch or Bourbon, he might be saying he feels like starting a party, in which case, if he's asking you; you're the man to make it happen.
