The phenomenon whereby the exact same set of facts is either celebrated or deplored depending solely on the political bias of the observer.

When a liberal writes that increased immigration is good because it leads to a liberal demographic shift, but then writes that conservatives decrying increased immigration are pushing "replacement theory," that's celebration parallax.

Celeste is such a wonderful person. She’s super pretty. She’s just drop dead gorgeous. She has that cute-stupid-attitude which makes guys or girls fall in love with her. When people tell her she’s pretty and cute and adorable she’ll deny it or if your a girl and you say that to her she’ll say something like “all you”. She always wants people to feel special and feel loved. She sometimes has trouble making friends because everyone is really fake to her. She has such a warm and welcoming personality and heart that everyone is always dying to fall into her arms and hope to some day marry her. She the ideal girlfriend who will treat you right. She gets bullied a whole lot , but only sometimes it gets to her. In conclusion she’s the ideal person to be hanging out with because she will make your day. She will make you smile, laugh, and many other emotions. She the ideal best friend you want to have who won’t switch up on you.

Z-list celebrity

Usually an ex-reality show star or marginally talented has-been actor/entertainer who hasn't grasped that their 15 minutes of fame expired at least 26 months ago. Often seen on game shows, Home Shopping Network, Dancing With The Stars, infomercials at 3:00am, VH-1, truTV, even worse reality shows, or Where Are They Now? blurbs on Facebook.

They aggressively pursue facetime on TV for interviews or insert themselves into Hollywood galas to which they have not been invited. Occasionally they will create personal drama, no matter how embarrassing, believing that no publicity is bad publicity.

Years ago these has-beens quietly went to Love Boat but now we can't get shed of them.
