Buddhism

the belief that life is a cycle that causes suffering.
Suffering is perpetuated by roughly 3 things:
1.birth
2.life
3.death

Through meditation, one can free themselves of this cycle by reaching
nirvana.
It also extends to the fact that everything in life comes from all other things, and that those things came from something else and etc.

Example of the suffering cycle:

-A bird dies, and the body's nutrients decay into the ground.
-A berry bush is planted at the same location years later.
-Someone eats a berry from the bush, which in turn is eating the nutrients from the bird.
-This perpetuates life and essentially the suffering cycle.

You can apply this idea towards: space, recycling, and even humans.

Boodyism

The religion in which worships Boody. Similar to buddhism, although worships no god or gods, but worships Boody. Usually focused on female Boody.

"Hey man, you wanna practice some boodyism after work today, I just saw some nice boody at the Black Women's rights parade!"

Atheistic Buddhism

The belief that no God or deity exists out of the context of physicality, in the same way a traditional atheist does. The Atheistic Buddhist however does follow the ways of the Buddhist philosophy.

Religious person: Hey! What religion do you believe in?

Atheistic Buddhist: I am a follower of Atheistic Buddhism.

Religious Person: What's that

Atheistic Buddhist: I don't believe in any God or Gods, but I still follow the teachings of Buddhism.

Religious Person: Ah! Interesting!

For the most part, For The People's definition is right. However, Buddhism is not a religion, it's a philosophy or, if you prefer, a set of teachings.

Because many people follow the Buddhist teachings, Buddhism is thought to be a religion, even though it's really a philosophy/set of teachings.

Budweiser Buddhism

Someone who becomes philosophical after consuming mass quantities of Budweiser, much to the dismay of those around them.

There goes Jerry again with his Budweiser Buddhism, I went to say Hi and he just said, " I am therefore I drink ". How about not inviting Confucius again !!
