This word originates in english speaking eastern european crime circles from the word "bumping" it's use has been recorded first in the early 21st century.

Man 1: woah, dude I just took steroids! I'm FREAKING OUT, WOAHH I'M THE BEST MAN TO EVER MAN IN THE WORLD
Man 2: Geez dude, It looks like your Bomping hard man!

Example 2:
man 1: I'm BOMPING RAHH RAHH
man. 2: woah this guy seems to be bomping.
