itsy-bitsy

(adjective)
A term that means something small, tiny. Possibly derived from the term ittle bitty which in turn comes from a twist of the word "little bit".
Can be used together with the word teeny-weeny (for example in the song "Itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny yellow polka-dot bikini").
