Boos flow (bõõös flôw): The state in which an (animal) consumes too much of an unknown (unsafe) substance to their digestive system that leads to boos immunity, a stage that causes a dog to be so cute and humble that they no longer seem to be moving. One might say they died from their own overwhelming cuteness

My dog recently got the boos flow, unfortunately he didn't last through it. Thankfully he died looking very cute and healthy

Boos flu

A state where a Human catches a virus know as the boos flu (originating from animals). This virus cause one to laugh at any joke whether it's funny or not. Over time the laughter gets so out of hand that one's system can no longer take it and shuts down, therefore leading to death

In the context of the new Facebook react icons, there is one with an angry face. When someone posts a dank meme to offend a group of people, he will type "Boos reacts only" so everyone will react angry instead of liking the meme.
"Boos" is the Dutch word for angry and is pronounced as "boas".

Beater Boos

A Beater Boos, is a boy who is seemingly nice when first dated. This boy then becomes a big douche bag and cheats on his girlfriend. Beater Boos' are attracted to younger girls, specifically grade nine girls or younger, especially ones that are sluts. They are usually chubby chasers, getting turned on when their girl is able to scarf down two big macs in five minutes. A Beater Boos also likes to hit girls in the face for no apparent reason.

Dan: "Hey that guy just hit his fat girlfriend!"
Mike: "Dude, I know that girl, she gets around."
Dan: "Must be a Beater Boos."
