Goldilocks Approach

When a person is convinced on something unknowingly by being presented three options. Option 1 is more than necessary. Option 2 is just right. Option 3 is inadequate and makes option 2 look more desirable. Slight variation from the children's story. Option 2 is always chosen.

Salesman: This one is expensive/big/overkill. This one is mid-range/practical/affordable. This one is economic/cheap/low quality.
Consumer: Ah I think I'll go with option 2. You tricky salesman!
Salesman(To Coworkers): That's how the goldilocks approach is done my friends.

Band-Aid Approach

An approach to child-spacing.

You must choose if you'd prefer to have your kids very close together in age, thus ripping off the band-aid in 1 very quick, yet very painful tear. Or if you prefer to have your kids spaced further apart; a less intense pain but an approach that takes much longer until the band aid is completely off.

People who space their kids 18 months or less apart take the "quick and painful" Band-Aid Approach. But people who space their kids more than 2 years apart are the ones who take the "plucking hair by hair" Band-Aid Approach.

Blitzkrieg Approach

A step-by-step tactic for men at trying to win the affection of a woman. It's called a blitzkrieg because it forces a guy to accomplish quick goals in short periods of time to accomplish the main goal of "seducing" the woman in a week's time.

Vise was so into Maria that he used the Blitzkrieg Approach on her to avoid making any mistakes such as losing her attraction for him.

Gordo approach

When someone gets friend zoned and they stay friends with the person hoping that they will realize who really is their soulmate. Usually doesn’t work out too well in real life.
