Alzheimer

A disease affecting your Central Nervous System especially brain. It is caused by accumulated beta amyloid plaques and tau plaques that kill the neutrons. Thr disease causes progressive loss of cognitive functions, which means person is likely to have memory loss, disorientation, etc. and after some time (3-9 years) patient dies from loss of live functions, mostly from respiratory failure. There is currently no cure, however the fact of incurable disease attracts large number of scientists to work on it. Main ideas of possible cure are focused on stopping the progress of accumulating amyloid plaques, destroying them via immune system (proposed Alzheimer vaccine), etc.

A dad of my friend has been diagnosed with Alzheimer disease. It was a heartbreaking news for them.

"Horny Alzheimer" or "Horny Alzheimer’s Disease" (also H.A.D.) is a medical disorder causing dementia when sex is expected: a degenerative disorder that affects the brain and causes dementia (especially late in life or late at night), forgetting all those negative memories or moral impediments you have regarding some questionable partner you had, in order to: get laid, to scratch the old itch, to dance horizontal lambada, etc..

Example 1:
- Hey, Susan! are you really going out with Rick again? Wasn't he the one who cheated on you with your sister?
- I don't remember...
- Well, I do, he also stole your dvd player and still owes me 230 bucks.
- mmm... sorry, I don't follow...

Alczheimers

Memory loss, bewilderment and general disorientation following on from drinking vast quantities of alcohol. Sufferers have no concept of anything - a general sign of having too much booze.

More hardened sufferers keep the symptoms whilst being sober. Similar to mumnesia, only the cause is being a drunken twat.

A.K.A. Alcoholic Dementia

Man: Ah shit... I forgot, my Alczheimers must be getting worse.
