Bosnian bean bag

When a female/male grabs the males testicles and wraps her/his thumb and pointer finger around the base and has both balls squeezed out the top of their hand. She/he then proceeds to bop both testies with the palm of their other hand.

When Esma went over to her boyfriends house he asked her to give him a bosnian bean bag. He was in for quite a surprise when she aggressively grabbed his testicles and showed him a good time.
