black sheet bombed

when you fax someone a ton of double sided black sheets of paper. Could possibly be illegal. This can be used to waste someone's ink supply for their fax machine/printer. present tense is black sheet bombing.

"Dude I just black sheet bombed my old school. Now they have to buy new ink cartridges"

Switching out sheets in a Contract documents set that have already been assembled with updated information.
