2. An irritating person who pushes peoples buttons until they snap to make themselves feel good.

Nogales

Nogales is a mexican-united states city that shares both sides of the border. Has a long history of both cultures working together, ignoring the barrier and just living simple life. Has history of Cartel violence, illegal immigration and is infamous for tunnel digging.
