The uncomfortable sensation that you've already heard a snippet of news before. Differs from Dejá Vu (where you *think* you have) - in that you HAVE heard it over and over again. Usually the news concerns something cool the tweeter is about to do, or has recently achieved. Essentially, they're reminding you to congratulate them. Over and *over* again.
Brad: If Kenny tweets me he got tickets for Susan Boyle, one more time, I'm gonna bust him up.
Jenny: I'm getting 'Tweet-já Vu', all over again.
Brad: Mos' Def'. Hey! Didn't we have this conversation already?
