Operation Ragnarok

Operation Ragnarok (ラグナロク作戦 Sakusen na' Ragunaroku), is a large offensive campaign taking place over the course of Mega Man Zero 4, ordered by Dr. Weil in order to maintain his tyrannic rule and is perhaps the scientist's most heinous scheme yet. The eight main bosses are used as a cover-up for the real threat: a space station under the name of Ragnarok. The final goal of Operation Ragnarok is to destroy Area Zero, the crash site of the space colony Eurasia in Mega Man X5.

Used to describe someone, regardless to their gender, who is, indeed, a true son of Ragnar.
Such persons are greatly smart, strong and capable in all ways, but mostly they're cunning and sly, thus resulting in their victory over all others. They might be regarded as somehow arrogant, yet they don't act out of greed or viciousness, nor they want to make fun of others. Their deeds are to please the mighty gods, in order be accepted into Valhalla or Folkvangr.
