Jeff [ing]

A verb, created by the students in the Faculty of Architecture, referring to a professor, student or other member of the Faculty, who is willing and able to criticize your work, give you pointers and at times make you want to cry because your project needs to be completely re-done. It is named after a legendary professor, Jeffrey Garcia, who was known for the "restart-your-project-in-the-last-week" method of teaching. We love him though.

Schone-ing

The act of failing miserable at a job, can also be defined as a subset of physical problem brought on by a job i.e. symptoms of a heart attack, inability to speak in full sentences, rambling for hours but not saying anything.

"How do you like your new manager?"

"Man, he's another Schoner. I give it 6 months."

"Where did our manager go?"
"He Schoned out bro."

"Wow. Sorry to hear that."

"Whats wrong with the new guy?"
"I don't know man he looks like he is Schone-ing"
"That's not good its only his first day!"

Beta-ing

Based on the legend that is Beta Apollo. Face book him... He has his own special way of getting ladies, and so, if you're feeling lonely and down, try out Beta-ing and it's just so much more effective. Normally involves drunk, or even sedated girls, or sometimes even just ones with really low self-esteem.

Not wanting to do or experience anything new or exciting, namely when one refuses to answer his or her phone while his or her friends are trying to invite him or her out to a party. Named as a trait largely prevalent in the area code 845, in upstate New York.

I called Mike before and told him to come out, and he said he might but he wasn't sure. Now I tried calling him again and his phone's off. He's 845-ing.
