Get the detention honor rollmug. When a bride picks a man instead of a woman to be her main attendant in her wedding. His responsibilities are similar to what a maid of honor’s might be, with some exceptions, depending on what he and the bride may or may not be comfortable with. (Example: He isn’t going to be holding her wedding dress up when she’s on the toilet.) He may also opt out of slipping a dollar into a male stripper’s thong the night before the wedding, but if he’s into that, by all means bring him along! If he’s a big guy he might also be able to move heavy stuff and double as your bodyguard if any ex-boyfriends try to crash the wedding. All in all, an excellent idea, whether you have women you want on your side as well, or if it’s just going to be the Best Man and Man of Honor.
