china white is not heroin from east coast like everybody tryes to tell me , its a made opiate Methylfentanyl , in pure dry form its 5000 times stronger then morphine and 2000 times stronger then potassium cyonide , lots of people have died from it in moscow in 1991 and 1992 , and also in Saint-Petersburg in 1999 , it was sold as high quality heroin
but in reality its 10-1000 times more potent than heroin, and even slighest overdose means death.

and no you cant make it as easely as speed , this stuff requires big knowlege of chemistry.

Originally the belief that a meltdown of a nuclear facility would result in such extreme temperatures that the reactor core would melt clean through the earth, coming out on the other side i.e. China. Can also be used to describe any catastrophe.
