A cope and excuse for those blindsided by the ammo shortages of 2020, as they did not maintain a good supply of quality ammunition for their rifles, and now must resort to buying steel cased ammo as all the quality brass type have been picked clean.

Brass is a beautiful metal when polished and can be used to decorate things. When someone has no brass, it means they are raw, bad to the bone, and don't give a rats ass.
