Constant trips to nature that were around the city of Fallbrook & Temecula led to him finding a National Park with Sand in it. The sand had sparkles and gold potential. Upon further inspection Irving came to the conclusion the sand got to the California hills via a catastrophic event known as Pole Shift.

This statement is unimpeachably vague—no one is for imbalance—and can be used to justify fascism or anarchism. It sounds logical, but it's an empty container filled with whatever the speaker already believes, providing a false sense of rational justification.
