A tongue and cheek comment used to pick fun of your yuppie friends. A member of the Raleigh navy tends to have the best of everything but has no idea how to use what they have. They have the finest imported rifles but can’t hit the broad side of a barn. They drive a Range Rover but have never had mud on it. They have 4wd but it’s never been engaged. They have the finest boats but can’t back straight down a boat ramp. They have no idea how to fish but only catch fish when they charter a boat and someone hooks the fish for them. Their typical attire is top to bottom PFG fishing attire, Costa sunglasses, and boat shoes. Hunting they only wear Beretta or Kuiu Camo. When out on the town they always wear a fish belt with a blazer or a sweater tied around their neck like the alpha beta frat boys from Revenge of the Nerds. There are literally thousands of members of the Raleigh navy in every southern coastal town.
Aaron showed up in his spotless Range Rover with a rifle made by Holland & Holland to go hunting. He was very sad that we didn’t offer a concierge and wine and cheese at check in. He was clearly a member of the Raleigh Navy.

Ohio Navy is a "public domain" type of boating cultural lore or, concept, that began during the late 1950's and early 1960's when the manmade Lake Cumberland was filled and born. It became very noticeable that many, many, many people from Ohio were bringing their boats to the new Lake Cumberland.
To best understand the boating culture of the "Ohio Navy", you must close your eyes and imagine the following vision:
It is the late 1950's.
* Put yourself at the border of Ohio and Kentucky.
* You notice a sudden major increase of boats being pulled from Ohio to Kentucky every weekend.
* There are traffic jams on two lane highways, of cars pulling boats
* Businesses and residents surrounding the new Lake Cumberland began calling these boating enthusists, "the Ohio
Navy".
* Motel and restaurant billboards read, "Welcome Ohio Navy".

A great person, meeting a Navi is like knowing the whole, sweet, kind , strong and human; You will never feel uneasy next to him, he is dedicated to his principles and with a great sense of intuition. Always you will see a smile on his face no matter the situation, because for Navi it is the best weapon and the best gift of all. They are good at enchanting you with their touch as if it were a dream, but be careful to see it from the bad side because it could backfire on you, because it will not let anyone humiliate it or abuse his loved ones.

A time honored Tradition from time immemorial where bored, sexually frustrated seamen engage in sex en Mase. Traditionally the lowest rank or youngest seaman is the “engine” at the front of the train and the More senior seamen get to be the “caboose” Or last in line.
While less popular today then in the past, Seamen still engage in this activity on long voyages, especially in colder seas.

My Uncle reminisced fondly of his day in the navy, in the 60s navy trains were an almost nightly affair.
