"Tân Tràn" is Vietnamese slang for an asian gangster or general cool guy; although if it were spelt with different marks and therefore pronounced differently, I guess it could also be the name of some cool asian guy.
Danh: Man, look at those asshole tan tran over there flirting with my ex!
Frankie: Yeah I know, what a douchebag.
Tan Tran, overhearing: Pshhaw, don't be jealous mang.
Hot Girl: OMG, that tan tran is so hot! I wanna bake muffins on him!
Her Clique: *affectionate sigh*

Someone who got a sex change but only the top half of the body. For example, a female becoming a transtopper male will have no boobs and facial hair but still a vagina.

Hes an idiot at times and he makes some people laugh, he also is that guy that spams KEKW in chat for no reason after the twitch streamer falls in jump king. He is also that guy that gets laid for no reason but, he is kinda cool and is hardstuck bronze in league and thinks that he is good at all things.

"Ex-trans" is a detransphobic slur invented by anti-detrans activists, modeled after the homophobic "ex-gay" label, with the intention to smear detransitioners and allies as supposed bigots.
Detransitioners are detrans folk: detrans males and detrans females, detrans men and detrans women.
Many still suffer gender dysphoria. Many still fit the medical and legal definitions of trans. Many are LGB.
For most, transition isn't easily or ever fully undone. It becomes a scar carried physically and mentally for life.
