"Tân Tràn" is Vietnamese slang for an asian gangster or general cool guy; although if it were spelt with different marks and therefore pronounced differently, I guess it could also be the name of some cool asian guy.

Danh: Man, look at those asshole tan tran over there flirting with my ex!
Frankie: Yeah I know, what a douchebag.
Tan Tran, overhearing: Pshhaw, don't be jealous mang.

Hot Girl: OMG, that tan tran is so hot! I wanna bake muffins on him!
