Sac raise

Sacrifice raise. In MMOs when a DPS who can raise resurrects a healer and then immediately dies from a mechanic. Used in games such as Final Fantasy XIV Online and WoW.

Derived from the term 'sac fly' in Baseball.

Red Mage: That beam just killed me right after I raised the healer
Healer: Thanks for the sac raise, red mage.

Lateral raises is an exercise movement usually with a dumbbell, the lateral raise builds the lateral deltoid which is your shoulder but can also target the upper traps, the lateral raise can be done by raising your arm in the scapular plane with some type of resistance usually a light dumbbell
