A word that describes terrible fear, petrifying... Death. The 'friendzone' is a place just around the corner from hell, man and boys are sent there when they are rejected by a female character in there life whom they offered their love and support.

Boy: Please be my girlfriend, I think you're beautiful and amazing in every way, the way you smile makes me weak in the knees.. So what do you say?
Girl: I think we're just friends.

Boy1: Didn't you hear? Marcus asked Julia out and she said "we're just friends."

(noun) A degrading form of exploitation. The female equivalent of a sleaze who sleeps with you and never calls. Except in this case the sleaze doesn't sleep with you and calls all the f*cking time.

An example of the friendzone is: Every woman's relationship with a nice guy she's not fucking. Ever.

Being stuck in the friendzone means that you aren't able to have more than a friendly relationship with that special someone you are attracted to. However, it is wrongly perceived as a state that only males can go through. As a female, I can assure you that women can also be friendzoned.

Cassandra : Guess what, John? I have been friendzoned by Peter, my GUY friend.

John: I thought only males could go through such a phase?

When someone has been hardcore friendzoned but cockblocks anyone from getting anywhere near their crush. They especially cockblock on social media, always the first to comment on their crush's pics with heart or kissy face emojis trying to appear to others as if they're more than a friend to their crush. Some friendzoned cockblockers may not even realize they're in the dreaded friendzone making them look extra pathetic.

To your friend: yo that's the girl i'm into but her friend keeps mean muggin me and it's weird.

Friend: nah don't worry about her dumb ass, she's just a friendzoned cockblocker.
