cold fold

To fold a hand when checking is an option. Usually only done when playing from the big blind and facing no chance of winning.

I had 25 offsuit with six opponents in and a flop of KQJ. I cold folded just to save myself the time.

In a few regions of Spain this refers to somebody who is very stingey with their money. In many cases, the person calling you stingey will simply stick their elbow out pointed at you.

Dependiente - "Esa camiseta le costará ciento dólares."

Dependiente - "Ud. es codo."

cold lamper

One who lamps. The term literally means to hang out under a street lamp but can be applied to any sort of chilling. While anyone can cold lamp, the proper noun "Cold Lamper" can only be applied to Flava Flav, member of the seminal rap group Public Enemy.

Flava Flav is the Cold Lamper. He straight up chills, yo.
