An extension of Baltimore city where you can find vagrants, drug addicts and criminals on practically every street corner until you hit the Howard county line.

Catonsville should be avoided as often as possible for it is no different then visiting downtown Baltimore l, which no one should visit until the place gets all the way cleaned up.
