This is the term given to the people who dont continue the wave at a hockey game, concert etc.
Fortunately, the wave usually continues around them, but if there are a few in the same row, the wave may be destroyed.

A surfer who treats other surfers like they are inferior, either because of level of talent or experience. They cut you off, belittle, or alienate. The surfer who has the mechanics but not the spirit. The surfer asshole.

Lockdown Surfing is the act of continuously traveling to new places that are under less restriction then the place they currently are, due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
For example, if you are currently in London and see that the city was going into lockdown you would leave to a city, such as Berlin, that was under less restrictions. If while in Berlin, you see that the city will soon increase its restrictions you would leave to go to another city, like Lisbon. This act of Lockdown Surfing is then continued to the next city until there are no more restrictions in place.
