Parking in front of a building not in a parking spot, and blocking traffic. This does not mean finding a spot that is close, it means blocking traffic in front of a building. Only rock stars get that special treatment. Throwing something at this car is permitted as they aren't special.

Marcus didn't want to park in the parking lot so he decided to Rock star park right in front of the store and block traffic.

A style of parking in which you drive circles around the mall lot for two hours in your 4 MPG SUV looking for a space that partially covers both the handicap spot and the fire lane so as to allow yourself to walk less than one and a half feet to get your fat ass into the front door.

Dude, I got like crazy Rock Star Parking at the Gap today; it was so pimp that there was like thirteen teenie boppers hoarding my car when I got out because they thought I was like a professional celebrity!

Someone rocking the hell out of a Kiss shirt or some cowboy boots or a fanny-pack could be a rock star mainly because he/she is very nonchalantly drawing attention to his/herself.
