Meissner-ism, corollary to Murphy's law. Seemingly random, inexplicable result of some innocuous event that somehow becomes completely convoluted and defies all logic to clear up.

Why did 52 computers in two crates randomly show up at my door? Must be a meissner-ism.

She had a honeycomb hairstyle in the 60's (meaning she had a beehive) - omg that's such an angelo-ism.

Did you hear this Angelo-ism today?! There are too many broths!! (instead of "There are too many cooks in the kitchen" )

daft dumb obvious

Over stating the obvious, and unnecessarily explaining something to people who already know the defentiton. But also explaining it in a way which shows the person explaining it, actually doesn’t have a full grasp of the concept themselves, and in fact, knows less than those he/she is lecturing.
