Girls who try to be grungers by buying anything from the tammy grunge range,claire's accessorie's grunge range or anything that is similar to it (e.g. Fuscia bows on skull and crossbones) Anything that combines 'girlyness' with grunge.

Trendy as hell, sense of pride that only is out done with his own image of uniqueness. Hates all music that is produced for money, except classic rock and punk. Skinny to the point you wonder if he is in fact a guy.

Kid: This band is really cool, first heard them on the radio.

Granger Ranger: Eh they are too popular if 10 people leave maybe.

Kid: uh what are you talking about.

Granger Ranger: Starbucks is gay

Kid: What?

Granger Ranger: Lets drink wine and Frolic

Kid: Uh... Frolic?

Granger Ranger: Yeah Frolic, no one does it.

Kid: Cause that sounds gay... I'm going home.

grungemo

One who combines components of grunge fashion and emo fashion, as well as listens to both genres. While this will seem implausible to some on both sides of the spectrum, upon closer inspection you will find that they share some very similar characteristics. They are both rooted in punk music, are both considered decade defining, and are both shunned by those in "normal" society. Musically, they consist of angsty lyrics and melodic instrumentation. There are some common fashion staples, as well, such as Chuck Taylor's or long/dyed hair sometimes covering the face. Fashion-wise, a grungemo will often end up combining aspects of fashion, and could be seen in torn jeans just as often as black drainpipes.

Person 1: Look at that grungemo guy over there.

Person 2: Where?

Person 1: Over there, with the torn skinnies and Pearl Jam Stickman shirt.

grunge

In the early and mid 1980s located near seattle, grunge was a subgenre of punk that included bands such as Green River,and The Melvins. Though these bands did combine heavy metal and punk, the word was to describe the tainted and lazy guitar sound. grunge was used to describe a fashion style, which included torn and faded jeans,and ratty t-shirts, as well as bands such as Nirvana, Stone Temple Pilots, and Alice in Chains. Grunge died.

Nirvana knocks my socks off.i love grunge.
