FOWP

The Fear of white people or FOWP is a deep-seated fear of Caucasians that African Americans have in the United States and suffer from which stems from traumatic experiences that have occurred to them dating from American slavery until the present day.

That freshman senator from the congressional black caucus is going to side with the conservative interest group in voting for the legislation that will suppress voting rights for African Americans. It is most certainly a case of FOWP.
