Chatheimer's is a condition in which one looses the ability to focus on chatroom conversations. It may also be used for someone who comes into a regular chatroom and has said something about someone, but later "can't remember saying that", as to avoid blame placement.

When two people who are both signed on to Facebook have a continuous conversation or argument via status comments instead of using IM.

I checked my updates on Facebook and found I had 23. I guess Tim and Jake have been chatmenting on my status all night. There's over 30 posted comments!
