On the first nice day out, only the most intuitive women (read as: not-so-attractive) had looked at the weather report and decided to wear their skirts/dresses. All of the women who didn't wear their sexy clothes (read as: dumb skanks) are only partially enjoying the nice weather and envy the others. Thus the 2nd day is Guy Appreciation Day and all of the hot skanks wear their skanky clothes! Woot!
