A phrase used to describe accidentally sending a text to the person who you are bad mouthing/ or talking shit on. When you hit the send button and realize it went to the wrong party.

I just "pulled a Billy" and sent "My boss is such a bitch" to my boss. I thought I was sending it to you. Or.. my brother really "pulled a Billy" , don't think that dick pic was meant for me.
