"wool here" draws it's roots from the baseball team of an unnamed California JUCO (Junior College). In the rare event that a beautiful girl would pass by the field, a dirtbag baseball player would bellow "wool here", thereby alerting everyone in earshot of said female's presence.
It should be noted that "wool here" is never meant to be used in a derogatory manner. Rather, it a phrase implemented solely as a means of notifying others of new found delightful scenery.
