1) Fighting on ice, e.g. professional hockey.

2) A hockey game that has an inordinate amount of fights either throughout the game or simultaneously as in a bench-clearing brawl.

Fan 1: "Did you watch the Stanley Cup finals between the Penguins and the Redwings? Talbot fought Lindstrom, Fleury fought, Osgood fought Ericcson, Ericcson fought Talbot..."

Fan 2: "Oh, you mean the fight capades. Yeah, the Pens kicked their asses!"

Nerd Fight

A pathetic attempt by two or more people to fight over the internet, usually while playing a video game. Since they cannot harm each-other physically, they attempt to harm each-other emotionally with name-calling, excessive swearing, and trying to act tough. Sometimes it is amusing and other times simply pathetic. Sometimes these 'fights' can last for over 30 minutes and serve no purpose other that to annoy everyone in the game/chatroom.

Nerd 1: omg fuking haxker noob.
Nerd 2: lolz u wish nub Ill pwn ur ass enyday
Nerd 1: yeah right btch least my mom aint a hairy ass slut.
Nerd 2: too bad you cant do anything to her with ur neddle d1ck lolz!
Nerd 1: whatever n00b Id fkin rape u at (insert overplayed fps shooter) anyday idiot u suck azz.
Nerd 3: hey everyone, its a NERD FIGHT!!!

Someone who starts fights with people over the computer. (on AIM, myspace, facebook, etc.). Most of the time it's someone who won't do anything to hurt you in person, and would pussy out if you ever came up to them.

Chris: Yesterday this kid named "young scrappy" messaged me on myspace and tryed to start with me.

Brian: Did he look tough?

Chris: Nahh, just another bitchy little keyboard fighter.
