One can spot a total tool from the culmination of an abnormal amount average tool traits. ie The Florida orange tan, the popped collar, the multiple popped collars, the jelled and spiky hair, an intelligence that would rival his peers at the special Olympics etc.One should take both the amount and severity of traits into consideration before declaring this special person a "total tool".
