In order to successfully perform a Stiff Blueberry, you have to swim in the ocean in an area heavily inhabited by octopus. (adj) used (in certain places at least) to mean stingy in the very negative sense. Does not have to refer to money, but usually does. Usually used when the speaker is referring to someone else who has wronged him or her.

Stanfurd

Leland Stanfurd Junior University. It is located in the crotch of the San Francisco Bay, in Palo Alto. Known for being an overpriced country club and not a true university.
